4. Payment Methods, Refunds & Cancellations

    payment methods
    : Visa, MasterCard, etc., via WayForPay. Regular
    payments, one-click payments, QR payments, and reservations are supported
    by WayForPay.
  • Refunds
    and cancellations
    are subject to Section 12 of this policy and follow
    WayForPay’s return guidelines.

5. Pricing and Billing

All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is collected at
checkout via WayForPay. Any subscription or recurring billing follows the
schedule you authorize during checkout.

6. Limitation of Liability

NearNativeHub.com and WayForPay are not liable for indirect
or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost profits or data. Our
maximum liability is limited to the total amount you paid in the last 12
months.

7. Security & Anti-Fraud Measures

We implement reasonable anti-fraud measures, including those
provided by the WayForPay platform.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

12. Refund and Cancellation Policy

At NearNativeHub, we are committed to providing a
transparent and fair refund policy to ensure that users feel confident and
secure when using our services.

12.1 General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services (e.g., language
lessons, online content, and bookings), all purchases are considered final.
However, we understand that issues can arise, and we will review refund
requests on a case-by-case basis.

12.2 Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

    were charged by mistake (e.g., duplicate payment).
  • You
    were unable to access the service due to a technical error on our side.
  • A
    scheduled session was cancelled by us without proper notice or
    rescheduling.
  • You
    did not receive the service you paid for (e.g., missed session, incorrect
    content).

Note: Refunds are not guaranteed for missed sessions
or user cancellations without a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

    refunds are processed securely via WayForPay.

12.5 Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Services
    already delivered or consumed.
  • Missed
    appointments without proper cancellation (less than 24 hours in advance).
  • Partial
    use of a subscription plan.
  • Gift
    cards or promotional credits.

12.6 Cancellations

You may cancel any upcoming session or subscription by
emailing us or through your account dashboard. Please cancel at least 24
hours in advance
to avoid being charged.
